    StreamWolf was born out of common frustrations with streaming services, aiming to save time and money by providing a centralized hub for managing subscriptions and discovering quality content effortlessly.

    Currently, StreamWolf is available in the United States. We plan to expand to the UK next, followed by a worldwide rollout! 

  • How does StreamWolf work?

    StreamWolf allows users to connect their streaming services, manage subscriptions by cancelling or swapping services, and discover new platforms to optimize their viewing experience. 

  • Which streaming services are supported by StreamWolf?

    StreamWolf supports over 150 streaming services, including popular platforms like Netflix, Hulu, and more. For a complete list, please visit the Subscriptions tab in the app. 

Onboarding and Setup

  • How do I connect my streaming services to StreamWolf?

    During onboarding, you will be prompted to log in to your existing streaming services through the app. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect each service. 

  • What happens if I change my streaming subscriptions?

    StreamWolf will automatically update and track your subscriptions when you make changes, allowing you to make adjustments as needed to optimize your streaming and saving. 

  • Can I add or remove streaming services after the initial setup?

    Yes, you can manage your connected services at any time through the "Subscriptions" page.

  • What are the main pages of the StreamWolf app?

    The StreamWolf app features three main pages: Home, Subscriptions, and Discovery.

  • How do I manage my streaming subscriptions?

    You can manage your streaming subscriptions, including adding new services, dropping, or swapping existing ones, through the "Subscriptions" page.

  • How does Smart Schedule work?

    This feature helps you manage your subscriptions by rotating your services from month to month, saving you money by not subscribing to everything all at once and combating that nightly doomscroll! 

  • How does Smart Discovery enhance my viewing experience?

    Smart Discovery recommends the best times to subscribe to specific services, ensuring you get the most out of your subscriptions and discover new content efficiently. 

  • What can I do on the Home page?

    On the Home page, you can view your budget, including monthly and yearly spending, view the Smart Schedule, which shows your active subscriptions, renewals, expirations, and upcoming subscriptions and provide us feedback to continually improve the app. Additionally, the Home page notifies you of any required actions, such as authenticating a subscription.

  • How can I discover new platforms and content?

    Explore new streaming platforms and content through the "Discovery" tab, which provides recommendations based on what’s trending and what’s coming next on each platform. 

  • What is Smart Scheduling?

    Smart Scheduling helps you plan your subscriptions to ensure you only pay for services when you need them, allowing you to binge-watch your favorite shows and save money.

  • How does the Watchlist work?

    Build a watchlist by adding movies and shows from providers in the Discovery page. StreamWolf will recommend the best time to subscribe, allowing you to binge-watch your favorite shows and save money!

Account and Privacy

  • How is my personal information protected?

    We never store your streaming provider passwords or personal information. All our automations are authenticated directly with the providers on your behalf. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

  • Where can I find StreamWolf's Terms of Service?

    Our Terms of Service can be reviewed under the Account settings in the app.

  • What should I do if I encounter issues with the app?

    If you experience any issues, please contact our support team through the Help section in the app on the Home page. Or via email at [email protected].

  • How do I delete my StreamWolf account?

    Please contact us directly using the email address linked with your StreamWolf account, requesting expressly the deletion of your account and associated data. 

Financial and Subscription Management

  • Can StreamWolf help me save money on my streaming subscriptions?

    Yes, by using features like Smart Scheduling and tailored recommendations, StreamWolf helps you manage and reduce your subscription costs.

  • How can I track my savings with StreamWolf?

    The app provides detailed reports and analytics to show you how much you’ve saved by optimizing your streaming subscriptions.

  • How much does StreamWolf cost?

    StreamWolf is absolutely free for 3 months for you to swap, save and discover. After the free trial, StreamWolf costs $2.99 per month, less than a cup of coffee! Alternatively, you can subscribe annually for $29 giving you two extra months for free.

Troubleshooting

  • Why isn’t my provider supported?

    We are constantly adding new providers. Please let us know which provider you’re interested in, and we’ll work to include it in future updates.

  • Why was StreamWolf unable to complete my automation?

    Sometimes StreamWolf is unable to update a subscription. In such cases, please navigate directly to the streaming provider to update your subscription. 

  • What happens when I disconnect a streaming provider?

    When you disconnect a provider, any related subscriptions will be removed from your StreamWolf account. To manage them, you will need to reconnect the provider or manage them directly through your streaming provider.

  • Why is StreamWolf asking me to re-authenticate with my provider?

    StreamWolf relies on your current session to access your subscription details. When those sessions expire, you may be prompted to sign in again.

  • Why do I see different details in StreamWolf vs my streaming provider?

    StreamWolf periodically syncs with each of your streaming providers. If you’ve recently made direct changes, you can resync manually to see the latest details.
